Lisa has recently authored a consumer book about the Affordable Care Act and how to navigate the health care system called Healthcare, Insurance and You: The Savvy Consumer’s Guide. In addition, Lisa is a consumer health care columnist for the Los Angeles Times, where she writes a “news-you-can-use” style column called Healthcare Watch, which provides information and tips on navigating the healthcare system, health insurance benefits and paying for care.
